Thanks to a small, unforeseen global pandemic, EF Educational Tours had to cancel all of their travelers’ educational tours for spring 2021 and beyond. This didn’t go over so well. To save customers’ investments and keep them excited to travel with EF in the future, we pivoted to create a brand new, flexible voucher that would not only keep families from losing money, but also allow them to change their previously planned tour to go to any destination, with any of our travel brands. In other words, we gave them a ticket to go just about anywhere, to do just about anything.
